Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science from Eureka College, where he was an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Beyond his professional career, he is deeply involved in the community as a member of the Bloomington/Normal NAACP and serves on the Executive Board of the Jule Foundation.

Throughout his career, Michael has earned numerous accolades recognizing his commitment and excellence, including multiple Legion of Honor qualifications, Multi-Year Ambassador Travel qualifications, New Agent Level 5 Recognition, Multi-Year Great Lakes Leader qualifications, and the prestigious Multi-Year Legion of Honor - Crystal Excellence award.
